• Annual Brand plans and Strategy; Manage, both the creation and execution of annual Brand Plans for both On-trade and Retail channels in the UAE.• International Markets – Manage distribution and implementation of brand plans for MMI’s partner distributors in international markets. • Analytical reports; Produce monthly analytical market reports identifying market conditions, performance of brands, trends, category analysis and the anticipation of any potential issues and how they can be resolved. All trends and performance are evaluated against the Annual Brand Plan and Strategy.• Events; In order to maintain brand awareness, as per the brand plan and strategy, periodically sponsored high profile events such as Dubai International Film Festival, Taste of Dubai, Dubai Desert Classic and Dubai Jazz Festival. Sponsored artists such as Groove Armada, Moby and Coldplay. • Demand Planning; to agree forecasts and shipment plans with logistics, to ensure an efficient level of stock availability for all channels.• Pricing; Manage pricing to ensure a level of GP is met in line with the global pricing strategy. • Regularly spend time visiting accounts, to maintain relationships with key customers and keep up to date with competitor activity across the marketing mix.• Management of sales team, using them effectively; implementing marketing campaigns, identifying new opportunities, identifying new areas of growth, maintaining distribution and increasing GP.Achievements; - +20% Year on year growth of Bacardi rums, outgrowing the category. - Overall increase of GP across the portfolio- Gained 2% market share in the domestic rum category. - Successful product launch of Bacardi Oakheart, recognized as global best practise within Bacardi-Martini. - Development of local concepts: Bacardi Heroes and Bacardi Casa Del Mojito - Implementation of UAE’s first Bacardi Legacy cocktail competition
