I share what has helped me be successful, satisfied, healthy, and balanced in my career so far, how to deal with challenges, and restart a career after leaving the corporate world.I have a career in international business: • In the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology, and the field of rare diseases. • In various positions in local, regional, and global teams as Country Director, Central Eastern European Lead for Rare Diseases, Director of Patient Advocacy for Europe+ at Biogen.In the Czech Republic, I launched the first drug for a rare disease and was involved in the establishment of the Academy of Patient Organizations (APO), which improved the position of patients. I am convinced that patients are the true experts on their diseases, and that it is very important for pharmaceutical companies and healthcare systems to work in partnership with them.Thanks to my role in Biogen’s Global Team, I expanded my experience working in international teams based on the principles of diversity.In 2023, I left the corporation and started my own business.I mentor business owners, managers at various levels, employees, and different professional experts.I perceive the topic of age management as important for today's times.
