At the Executive Academy I shared tasks with a young and dynamic team. Our goal was, to make the learning journey run smoothly for our students from all over the world. Some of my tasks were:▣ Making Travel-Arrangements for our international lecturers▣ The full inscription process for our aspiring students▣ Feeding and maintaining our Moodle e-learning platform for multiple programs▣ Procurement of books and e-books, preparation of handouts and other teaching materials▣ Continously updating our CRM Database▣ Mailing learning and teaching materials around the world▣ Helping the Event-Team with all kind of Events during the year. Such as regular classes, guest speaker events, graduation ceremonies, info sessions and many moreAsides that it was in our hands to run the basics of the whole office. Answer calls, maintenance printers, sort snail-mail, arrange surprise birthday-parties and keep that sacred coffee machine running.This position is very versatile and can be challenging at times. I love those varied activities that change throughout the year. That way it never gets boring.

This position changed a lot over my time at the Veterinarian University. Originally I started as a multitasker at the pharmacy which later became more and more of an office job. Main tasks were▣ Procure medical products, if needed with research with the appliying person▣ Managing the recieving department for any medicines, chemicals, raw materials; ensure correct storage of the same▣ Dispersal of goods for the clinical departments (4-eyes principle) and tracking of the same▣ Processing complaints (internal and external)▣ Assisting with simple tasks in the produciton laboratory▣ Keeping the place clean and organized
