MyStay helps hotels increase customer satisfaction and generate additional revenue by providing an improved guest experience.As a communication platform, it uses pre-arrival messages, guest property web and iOS and Android mobile application, automated SMS and email templates, digital check-in and check-out, digital marketing and up-sell of your hotel services, WhatsApp and FB Messenger component, digital map and digitized stay related information. All manageable by the hotel themselves. MyStay helps hotels establish a connection with the guest via automated pre-arrival messaging (SMS and email) with the 85 percent open rate. Customizable pre-made templates are designed to allow any hotel employee to create and automatically deliver an engaging message to the guest also during or after guest stay. Through white labeled Guest Web hotels present services in an e-shop manner as a smart catalogue. MyStay automates promotion of hotel or partner services and also generate QR code to be used at the promo materials in hotels for a fast order. Simplifies the check-in process, eliminates queues and allows hotel staff to reallocate their time. Hotels can create a customized check-in form according to their specific country needs and send it to guest before stay inviting them to pre-register and skip a line on reception. The Principe is to fill requested data - agree with terms and conditions and sign. Front desk staff receives a signed PDF document that MyStay archives for a set period. The digital checkin can be used also at the reception - guest scan a QR code and make an online checkin from a lobby. Digital checkout let the guest add the minibar consumption, check the bill, divide it to more people, update the billing address and after the departure of the guest to send final invoice by email. The future of receptions starts with digitization and automation. The purpose of a Automated Reception is to digitize 100 % check-ins and also let guests enjoy their stay without a need of stopping at reception. Hotel can provide a receptionist with any tablet to manage whole check in process with guest from any place in the hotel by MyStay Checkin Agent.In the lobby a hotel can also install a tablet as a very simple Light check-in/check-out Kiosk by which guests can handle the entire check-in process themselves. Online payment gateway and mobile e-keys makes MyStay.
