Supporting Mission Box Solutions with recruiting efforts as an Independent Business Consultant.

• Accountable for sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding employees to the TCS SFDC Practice for all onsite openings.• Responsible for Centralized Staffing to ensure associates are appropriately allocated, active management of the bench, mapping upcoming releases to prioritized demand and acting as liaison across all PODs within the Practice to ensure resources are staffed to most critical projects.• Develop and maintain relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms, as well as TCS Resource/Talent Management Group, and participate in the TCS recruiting vendor procurement and measurement process.• Manage Recruiters in US and UK to lead onsite recruitment efforts for the SFDC Practice.• Lead the development of onsite recruitment strategy for SFDC Practice as a whole.• Perform Performance Management, career management, and people leadership for onsite Recruiters.• Identify future talent needs and proactively lead recruiting and sourcing to develop talent pool.• Ensure proactive communication of recruiting candidate pipeline and recruitment status to practice leadership.• Part of internal Salesforce CRM Implementation Team, responsible for gathering requirements from various users in recruiting, sales and delivery and working directly with our IT implementation team for system upgrades, user acceptance testing and increasing overall user adoption through reoccurring training.

Coordinate delivery of services from various functional areas, including compliance, investment review, plan changes, plan participant services, tax reporting, and plan document services. Coordinate requests for ad-hoc reporting, special calculations, and plan specific projects. Consult with clients and financial advisors regarding the impact of legislative and recordkeeping upgrades.
