CurrentLeading a team of 25-30 people with focus on administration of classic servers based on Linux and Solaris operating systems.• Managing a team composed of 3 subteams divided according to platforms, organizations and customers, while actively looking for synergies to increase substitutability and sustainability • Taking part or leading strategic projects in area of people development (Project Upskilling), cross-training concept or defining a value for customer and organisation during internal workshops and idea sharing rounds (Collaboration challenge, Brand stream) • Raising ideas and consulting development of internal tools and portals like Performance Tracking Tool or Central Projects Register as well as supporting internal innovation and automation initiatives • Leading a virtual team of 5 experts for Solaris platform called ECG (Expert Competence Group) • Driving continuous improvements of processes and services as well as planning and implementing improvement programs within a team and organization • Representing a role of a Manager on duty, during which I am acting as a de-escalation point for dedicated service chain of our top customers and solving most critical issues with strong customer business impact • Handling escalations and critical situations utilizing my operational and conflict management skills • Ensuring seamless operation and providing effective service in agreed quality and quantity based on our contracts (OLA & SLA) and KPI‘s • Effectively controlling budgets of up to 1 million euro and actively coordinating assigned resources to meet financial targets and drive efficiency initiatives
