During my career, I had great opportunities to dig into customer problems at different levels: development, engineering, product management and strategy.What I got out of it is the understanding of the ins and outs of the stakeholders involved in a product development.From my past experiences, I learned the following about myself:I can structure, organize and analyze information from different sources, with different levels of details in order to make sound decisions. For example, in the creation of a product roadmap, I can find a balance in the priority order to support the company strategy / engineering needs / sales requests / customer requests. Speaking both tech and business levels of speech helps me to achieve great results. I’ve a mix of technical and creative skills that help me with problem solving. I’ve worked for different types of clients, on different domains, having different types of constraints - budget, security, time to market, scalability... For each of them, I focused on finding the best solutions that meet their (un)said requirements within the given constraints.I’m a supportive person. I have the will to help my colleagues in order to achieve the best results without impacting the quality of my own work.I won’t stop learning. Every position has its subtlety and specificities that I want to refine in order to be better.I enjoy the process of creation for digital products… but also physical ones.
