Initially included coordinating work across geographical boundaries and timelines, then managing the transition process as we moved to a fully co-located operating model. A major achievement in this phase was the delivery of a brand new and greatly improved search experience across the entire portfolio of Reece sites.

As one of ANZ’s CSP (Common Services Platform) development teams, we successfully delivered a greenfield frontend app SOLA (Savings Online Application) along with new and enhanced core API’s to support it. A first of its kind at ANZ, this project enabled customers to originate their own savings and deposit accounts with fully automated straight-through processing. Simultaneously, I helped lead the ANZ Design System (component library) initiative which created efficiencies across multiple teams by creating truly reusable, shared frontend components for use across all ANZ projects.
