Increase the frequency and quality of communications using a mixture of public relations, promotion, marketing, technology and strategic partnerships. Help with professional development which includes creating re-usable materials and giving large presentations. --- Notable Accomplishments --- - Was in charge of running a bond campaign, that turned a 36% approval polling to a 63% final victory raising over $160M for Oregon City Schools!- Successfully rebranded various programs and schools using enhanced graphics, logos and messaging. - Created new policies around social media and photo sharing to enable our schools to share exciting news and stories happening every day across our district. - Created photo sharing workflow that has resulted in getting over 37K photos of school life online with over 1.8 million photo views. Each photo is organized, tagged and archived for easy search ability.- Using strategic marketing tactics helped to double event registration to one of Oregon's largest and best parenting events, The Family Focus Forum. - Used mass email best practices from the business world and applied them to public education communications. Have been privileged to share our success and strategies with districts across the state and the nation.

Managed a technology infrastructure consisting of over 25 servers supporting well over 10,000 users. Constantly worked to improve service reliability and ease of use for end-users. Helped to virtualize servers resulting in massive energy and cost savings. Virtualization work garnered attention from other school districts and ultimately helped to earn an award from Apple. Created and managed various websites and other communication systems including a wiki collaboration platform that took off like wildfire.
