Job Profile SummaryResponsible for leading and developing a team of analysts and data science professionals to support Wellmark’s corporate strategic initiatives and ultimately drive decisions. Manage the design and delivery of evidence-based recommendations to solve problems and increase efficiency, productivity, and improve outcomes. Ensure that models, data, and integrated solutions are provided to internal stakeholders, key decision makers and/or leadership across the organization.

Serve in a highly visible position that provides advanced integrated comprehensive reporting, consultative, and analytical expertise to drive actionable information to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to established data governance standards and processes. Provide complete, accurate and timely information to drive continuous improvement and strategic change for Wellmark’s stakeholders. In collaboration with other Business Analytics staff, develop methodologies, perform analysis, summarize results and develop conclusions for project teams, leaders, and internal and external stakeholders. Lead the development and maintenance of business intelligence tools and applications and standard reporting business rules that drive decision making efforts for all stakeholders.
