Responsible for all contracted technology infrastructure for multiple initiatives, including the Affordable Care Act and Army IMCOM/CYS. In that role I created and oversaw 3 Centers of Excellence (Network / Security / VDI). Also served as the subject matter expert on new business acquisition and contract proposals while maintaining a high level of technical service, implementation, and engineering.

Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction while also growing a new business. In this role I initially managed partner relationships and facilitated the ordering process by completing quotes and orders, typically through Salesforce, and ensuring successful service delivery. While still responsible for this function I began a new team responsible for building, selling, operating, and maintaining a new managed service offering; Enterprise Mobility Management.

Responsible for VoIP, Peering, and E911 service delivery. In this role I was responsible for ensuring high availability of services related to critical emergency services. While building organizational processes, to include operational response, metrics, KPI’s, and SLA tracking/adherence I was also responsible for technical outage response, major incident command, and root cause analysis (RCA) completion; many times preparing analysis for Government consumption.

In this role I was responsible for all tier II/III operations for monitoring, analysis, resolution and outage response related to critical services on a national, multi-platform, footprint. Participated as a key contributor in building the network operations center from a reactive asset to fully engaged proactive resolution center. A more visible component of the role was in creating and implementing a proactive monitoring solution through an innovative "service to device" linking and alerting strategy for immediate notification of service impact from technical issues. Additionally, I worked to develop process/metrics and implemented ITIL framework to build a world class Network Operations Center with technical solutions and process still in place after multiple mergers and acquisitions.

Initially a NOC Engineer responsible for tier II/III outage repair across all voice, video, and network platforms. Eventually promoted to NOC Supervisor and then NOC Manager.
