The University Innovation Fellows is a program of Stanford University’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (d.school).The University Innovation Fellows program empowers students to become leaders of change in higher education. Fellows are leading a global movement to ensure that all students gain the attitudes, skills and knowledge required to navigate a complex world. These student leaders from schools around the world create new opportunities that help their peers develop an entrepreneurial mindset, build creative confidence, seize opportunities, define problems and address global challenges.I am one of the UI Fellows representing UNG in the Fall 2024 Cohort.

- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality as a Hospitality Team Pro member, by providing a warm and welcoming environment for customers, enhancing the dining experience. - Efficiently complete multiple tasks simultaneously, including order taking, cashier duties, and sustaining a clean workspace. - Adapt to various situations and changes with flexibility, responding quickly to customer needs and operational demands. - Collaborate with peers to support team goals, assist with training new employees, and ensure seamless service delivery. - Maintain a positive attitude under pressure, contributing to a high-energy and customer-focused atmosphere.

- Utilizes scanning and archiving software (Laserfiche) to process around 800 files per semester, optimizing data management and organization. - Manage physical and digital filing systems, contributing to improved accessibility and data retrieval. - Demonstrate strong attention to confidentiality, detail, and patience while maintaining data integrity.

SI Leader for PSYC 1101 (Introduction to Psychology) - Planned and oversaw 3 weekly study sessions for students. - Facilitated review sessions with students in a traditionally difficult course.- Planned efficient study sessions that provide a detailed content review. - Participated in bi-weekly leadership meetings that cover responsibilities, conflict resolution, professional preparedness, etc.- Developed and prepared learning materials such as handouts and games for students.- Developed and maintained professional relationships with faculty staff and professors. - Collaborated with university professionals to establish a stable model for review sessions.- Recognized as one of the Facilitator of the Week (2) and Featured Planner (1)
