1. Compliance Assurance- Monitor and ensure business units meet their reporting obligations to regulators.- Track and follow up on audit findings using Daftar Monitoring Tindak Lanjut (DMTL) during internal and external audits.- Recommend investigations and actions to the Director based on audit results.- Review and provide feedback on policies, products, and processes to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.- Perform compliance duties as outlined in the Compliance Standard Operating Procedures (SPP).2.
