1. Compliance Assurance- Monitor and ensure business units meet their reporting obligations to regulators.- Track and follow up on audit findings using Daftar Monitoring Tindak Lanjut (DMTL) during internal and external audits.- Recommend investigations and actions to the Director based on audit results.- Review and provide feedback on policies, products, and processes to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.- Perform compliance duties as outlined in the Compliance Standard Operating Procedures (SPP).2. - Manage and administer Oracle databases using TOAD for tasks such as schema design and query optimization- Write and optimize PL/SQL scripts for data manipulation, reporting, and business logic within Oracle databases.- Develop robust web applications using Laravel and native PHP, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.- Translate project requirements into functional specifications, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment.- Configure and maintain local development environments for web applications using Linux.- Manage dependencies, version control, and deployment processes to streamline development workflows.- Conduct testing and debugging in the localhost environment to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
