As People and Recruitment Manager, I lead the People team in providing day-to-day HR & recruitment advice and support to managers to deal with people issues relating to a range of matters, including, but not limited to absence, conduct and performance. I provide day-to-day advice and support to employees as required and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.I assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and I support and continuously develop the recruitment, onboarding, and new start processes. I develop and report monthly on effective department KPI's and conduct investigations as required.
