Since entering the professional world I have learned how to handle a multitude of tasks at once and handle the major priorities that are presented before me with ease, all while still being able to tap into my creative side to produce some truly great work along the way. From 2012-2014, I lived abroad in Seoul, South Korea where I taught English to elementary level children. The experience was life changing because it provided me with so many challenges and hurdles to overcome by living in a culture completely different than my own; it also made me realize the drastic importance of proper communication amongst parties who are trying to convey what they want/need.When I returned to the United States in February 2014, I began working as a Live Marketing Director/Project Manager for Williams New York, a high-end real estate marketing company in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City. My daily operations included overseeing and managing various components of multiple projects, including website development, collateral production, project branding, live marketing management and client relations. Being in that position taught me the importance of always being properly organized and strengthened my ability to handle multiple projects at once. In April 2016, I relocated to Los Angeles and began working as the Director of Marketing and Communications for Lusive Décor and Luxe Light & Home, two very successful lighting design studios with a focus on the hospitality and residential markets. This role over the last two years has taught me so much in terms of how to balance being creative and also managing the logistical side of handling marketing needs for multiple companies at once. Simultaneously, I’ve worked in a freelance capacity for Crescent Heights Development Company, one of the premiere real estate development companies in the country, as a Social Media Manager, where I’ve created content and managed a variety of their residential social media accounts.
