Led site study and selection processes, organized resourcing and fund-raising opportunities, and ensured the vision of the new congregations aligned with the overarching mission of the Presbyterian Church in America. Developed and managed building and operational budgets, mentored younger church members, and led congregational activities. With extensive experience in higher education, I have served in various academic and administrative roles, including as a chair of several departments. I hold a post-doctoral higher education teaching certification from the Harvard Bok Center for Teaching and Learning. Developed strategic partnerships with ministries around the world designed to educate the next generation of Church leaders, founded new degree programs, and created and managed all organizational budgeting processes. • Founded two institutes for attracting new constituencies into the Seminary, building alliances with more than 20 leaders of key organizations such as the U.S. Army Chaplain Corps, Washington D.C., the Chaplain School, Reformed University Fellowship, Campus Crusade (“CRU”), and positioning the Seminary as a national campus in Charlotte.
