Overall, my experience at each employer has built my career as it is today.My time spent at Quicken Loans included an original member of the subprime mortgage team in 2005, the purchase team in 2008, and a top 5% of the company producer from 2008-2010 that lead to my President's Club distinction. The most important career lesson I learned while at Quicken Loans was "Client's do not care how much you know until they know how much you care". This helped me everyday to focus on digging deep with clients and uncovering their needs so I can meet their goals with the right mortgage product! I realized then that, the more clients I truly cared to help, equaled the more success I would obtain. As the ism of the company stated "Numbers and Money don't lead, they follow", I learned as long as I make sure everyday to do the right things, then money and success would be sure to follow!While at Chase, I joined an all HARP refinance team. The good of this experience is that it taught me to way more efficient...one month, I even closed 155 loans! This was a truly a time management position, and it grew my skills in that area tremendously! It also helps me today with all my refinancing experience.For one year, I joined Wells Fargo Bank locally to finally get out of the call centers and into the real world.But I quickly realized I needed to be at the right company, so I joined Alliance Home Loans in 2013, and Nova Home Loans in 2015 after I met my mentor that has changed my career, Greg Gale...one of the top lenders in the US!
