• Full-ride scholarship 2021-2022 (approx. $9,000) – compensation for all work and time given to the program, being required to maintain a full-time student schedule (min. 12 credit hours)• Plan and organize events on campus as a team to promote the school, enhance the experience of Alumni and Board members, and celebrate UVU expansion• Organize storage and inventory to prepare for each event and keep a log of items. Set up and tear down of each event, reorganizing supplies used

• Coordinate timelines and schedules to keep vendors and guests on time with the event and ready for the next planned activity. Guests enjoy an event without having to worry or work • Decompress clients, guests, and employees in stressful situations, utilizing good customer service skills and conflict management. Address needs while keeping the focus on the big picture

• Orchestrated worker stations and team tasks to create décor, floral, and set up/tear down plans for high-end weddings. Led 12-25 employees to successfully execute the equivalent number of weddings• Planned and executed floral and décor design features and event layout to prepare and assess needs for the event and purchase items/tools needed (inventory). Created unique features and designs for clients to match their visions and keep the event running according to plan• Gauged the inventory status and organization of the warehouse (made purchases accordingly) to create a more effective environment to work in. Managed inventory and a more organized workspace for stations, moving and relabeling inventory in storage
