Working as part of a 2 person team, we developed a global partner program from scratch with a focus of building a new revenue stream via external technical consultants in previously unreached geographies. My role included program design, partner recruitment, on-boarding, and ongoing partner management with technical consultants and commercial decision makers. I formed strong relationships with my partners in order to understand and align their business needs with the needs of Redgate. This role helped to bridge the gap between Redgate and the consulting community, both commercially and technically.

I was selected by the CEO of Redgate to join the development team in Brisbane on a 3 month secondment at Octopus Deploy following Redgate’s recent investment. During my time there I:• Completed an audit of all marketing activities to establish their goals and effectiveness, making improvements where possible and ensuring the necessary infrastructure was put in place to enable measurement and data driven decision making.• Worked with the development team to fine tune the customer journey both in product and online. This included measuring and increasing the visit : download and download : install conversion rates.• Introduced a new channel initiative in order to reach customers that the current business model doesn’t cater for. I identified and built relationships with over 50 Visual Studio ALM MVP consultants with the end goal of having all relevant consultancies evangelising on our behalf.
