Oversaw the Insights platform and products in Oracle Advertising. Managed a team of 6 senior software engineers tasked with both platform and application-level development:- Build and maintain large-scale ETL pipelines to process OA's vast data assets- Optimize the platform to return results in real-time- Provide a frontend data visualization platform, in the form of generalized components as well as specific application implementationsExternally, we put 1st party data-driven insights directly into clients' hands, to give information about a brand's target market and inform optimal activation & targeting strategies. Internally, we powered 200+ sellers across the globe to accelerate and strengthen their client interactions by using a data-driven selling approach. We served small and medium-sized businesses in the mountain region, focused on driving actionable results from data gathered from TPS, CRM, or scraped online data. My focus was segmentation, test and learn, and web/social mining.

Focused on projects centered around storage, manipulation, and analysis of data that affected the bottom line. Coordinated data collection from various groups within Sykes and sourced/scraped external data to create a robust database for analysis about key business opportunities. Drove several positive business outcomes, including economic and market analysis, wage analysis, and HR workforce analytics.
