As director of the Center for Healthcare Reform, worked with health-care, advocacy, and community leaders on innovative strategies for shaping the future of U.S. health care. Developed conferences, curricula, tools and website. Managed $1 million operations budget.

Developed nation-wide education programs related to public policy. Served as internal consultant to staff and board on training, organizational development and planning. Administered budget of nearly $1 million, including a restricted endowment, and staffed two boards with 24 members combined.
