Worked with multiple product teams: Web Security Services, Cloud Data Protection, ProxySG and Elastica (CASB product). This started as a research and development project for the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and the Wine Council of Ontario to create a food traceability solution for the wine sector. Our solution transformed the current recall process from a 2-week manual process into less then 48 hour automated process.The commercialization of this research and development allowed us to realize a focus on our NFC tag products that can be affixed to wine bottles, providing anti-counterfeiting, software management and a robust analytics and marketing platform.http://www.vinesource.com

Working with Perth Community Futures Development Corporation, together we built a very ambitious and comprehensive community resource combing a Job Board, Business Directory, Events Calendar and so much more.My role was as a consultant conceiving the technical approach on this project providing the best solution for the budget. I then pulled together an amazing team comprising of our own internal development and design production with external consultants who specialize in traditional and social media branding and marketing. Working with The Maytree Foundation, an organization providing the service of matching visible minorities and refugees with board experience to existing board opportunities in their new cities. We transformed their existing matching database into a robust online application that automatically matches based on mutual criteria between people & positions. Once launched the application was acquired by Ryerson University and is now operating successfully in seven major cities across Canada as part of one component of Ryseron's Global Diverscity Exchange program.My role was in analysis and conception of the new system through to Ux Design. In addition, my overarching role was product and project management as well as a technical consultant to Ryerson University in the integration of the Desire2Learn e-learning platform.http://www.diversecityonboard.ca

This product was one of Communitech’s first graduates of the HyperDrive program.I was part of the original production team that conceived the product from the ground up, everything from analyzing use cases to user interface planning & design.
