With over 14 years of work experience, I am a passionate and driven Organization Manager at BioGroup Laboratory, a leading provider of diagnostic testing services. I work with the Chief Executive Officer and other senior leaders to develop and implement IT solutions, such as knowledge graphs and smart devices, that enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and security of our data and processes. I also manage the staff, budget, inventory, and equipment of the laboratory, and ensure that all quality and safety protocols are followed. Additionally, I advise the CEO on business development, marketing, and customer service strategies, and foster strong relationships with our partners and stakeholders.
