About Michaela Neuberger

As the Executive Director of Affine Climate Solutions, I oversee the team, business development, finances, and client project delivery. We are committed to providing clients with the strategies and structure needed to implement ambitious and pragmatic decarbonization solutions. Serving a wide range of organizations from financial institutions, to corporations, affordable housing providers, and Indigenous people, we are aiming to become Canada's highest impact climate consultancy. With over ten years professional experience in the private and public sectors, I have managed a variety of operational improvement projects in disparate jurisdictions. I have applied my expertise in green buildings, project management, and economics, in the construction industries of England, Germany, and France. In Canada, I have worked on market transformation initiatives for new construction, existing buildings, and low carbon electrification for BC Hydro, the City of Vancouver, and Vancouver’s Zero Emissions Building Exchange.
