Led FP&A support for consumer packaged goods business, including analysis and reporting, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and business partnership with functional and business leadership. Facilitated and supported transition to rolling monthly forecast incorporating balance of detail (sales build and production plans) and driver-based changes (new product introductions, product mix fluctuations, capital deployments, etc.). Led annual operating plan cycle for $180M business segment with involvement in all aspects, including revenue builds, standard costing, plant costs, SG&A, capital expenditures, working capital, and cashflow.
