I currently focus my practice on family, education, and appellate matters.I have litigated state and federal constitutional matters in appellate court, and have scored several victories for clients. I won what has been described as a landmark constitutional case before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania on behalf of my client.

When appointed, sit as a member of an arbitration panel for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas cumpolsory arbitration program. The panel hears civil cases with an amount in controversy of fifty thousand dollars or less. Sitting as an arbitrator helps to sharpen one's practice. I represented the district in special education and disciplinary matters.

• I advocated at oral argument and was successful in convincing the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to overturn a line of case law and establish a stricter standard for the prevention of child abuse in Pennsylvania.

• For six years, I was assigned to the Appellate Division of the Child Welfare Unit of the City of Philadelphia Law Department, a unit with a robust trial practice comprising thirty attorneys.
• I have advocated at oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, as well as the Supreme, Superior and Commonwealth Courts of Pennsylvania.
• I have written briefs, motions and petitions for review in over one hundred and twenty cases before appellate courts.

I acted in a pro bono capacity, representing veterans before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claims. This consists of file preparation, identification of the appropriate issues, legal research, and drafting and filing an appellate brief.

This is a small law firm in Center City Philadelphia, serving primarilly closely held businesses, as well as individual clients. My focus at the firm was twofold. I drafted and reviewed documents related to the formation, operation, and financing of business entities. I also provided support for the firm's litigation team, including drafting and reviewing.
