Michael is an experienced architect, designer and entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in architecture, interiors, construction and real estate development. Michael's work has been featured on National Public Television (PBS), HGTV and in many regional, national and international design publications. His work has also been recognized with numerous design, construction, business and community awards. Most Notably, was a 2017 AIA National Honor Award for Design for the adaptive re-use of the The Hutto Cotton Gin in Hutto, Texas. His architectural design ethos is the belief that a well conceived building is one that is responsive to the needs of the end users, attentive to the forces of nature, environment and site; it is architecturally respectful to its community and context, and it can be built within reasonable and predictable budget and schedule expectations.
