Assist builders, designers, and homeowners in lighting selections. Provide outstanding customer service from the start of the bid to the close of the house and beyond.

1 Make and Insure accuracy of vendor orders. 2 Order all customer special orders and ensure they are in stock and shipped in a reasonable time frame. Notify sales people of any possible back orders 3 Maintain multiple warehouses: responsible for maintaining inventory levels and inventory integrity at two warehouses as well as on the showroom floor. 4 Plan and conduct physical inventory at two locations on a monthly basis as well as keep running cycle counts. Research any inventory discrepancies5 Ensure that all customer orders are pulled accurately and in a timely manner 6 Check vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve any price disputes7 Receive and check all stock orders. Resolve any disputes with vendors8 Process all returns and damages and issue "Return Authorizations" to vendors. Track all invoicing associated with returns9 Plan and coordinate warehouse staffs daily tasks including deliveries, trade show set-ups, showroom maintenance, routine custodial duties, order pulling etc
