My role with Ricoh is to help prioritize the opportunities for clients who recognize “…there must be a better way” and to provide them with their 1st engagement in building their vision with a logical road-map that achieves their goals. I have assisted clients to re-focus their staff's energies on their critical function and core business. Large Education enterprises, major Oil Sands developers, Legal accounts and Engineering firms alike have streamlined and re-purposed their own resources by outsourcing Print Centre, Mail-room and light clerical tasks through our industry leading Ricoh Managed Services (RMS). Placements have included a mix of brand new 'clean sheet' contract wins, as well as 'takeaways', where Ricoh has elevated the cost efficiency & service levels previously offered by other service providers.On a more intimate scale, I've identified opportunities for clients to crush inefficiencies in their processes & fuel their transition towards optimized digital workflows. Highlights of some impactful recent projects involved;• Digitizing and automating a major chemicals manufacturer's invoicing process. This produced a 100% delivery success rate and a smooth digital transformation from their previous ‘mainframe batch print/manual re-scan/manual emailing’ of thousands of invoices per month.• Designing, automating and successfully deploying a digital workflow to manage an Alberta based Property Management company’s entire accounts payable process. The result has awarded this firm with the headroom to double their business & client base without adding staff.Identifying, designing and then watching these transformations take place is at the heart of my career passions and personal motivation. Projects like those described above repeatedly drive profit by directly affecting my client's greatest expense - their human capital.
