Through this and other initiatives the Brokerage business achieved 30%+ YOY growth and is among the top 6 brokerage firms in the industry in terms of customer experience per published reports.At TIAA, Michael also partnered with executive leadership to build a world-class Product Excellence and Innovation practice and new asset management capabilities including new mutual fund products. Michael led multiple operational servicing assessments & reorganizations that improved asset management operations & vendor oversight.Before joining TIAA, Michael led complex, transformational initiatives at Pegasystems for Fortune 100 banking, insurance and credit card companies which resulted in new business & channel capabilities, client innovations & operational scale.Michael has an Bachelor's of Science Degree and double major in Industrial Management & Information Systems from Gardner-Webb University.
