• Liaising externally with clients to negotiate the reduction of voice wholesale minutes• Analyzing the quality of traffic routes before and after purchasing wholesale voice minutes• Constantly reducing the cost of International termination whilst maintaining quality and flattening the cost base• Updating and analyzing the cost base for the purchasing department• Managing and maintaining Wholesale supplier relationships in Africa and Europe• Managing the handling of supplier rates and code mapping• Producing weekly target rate sheets for suppliers• Face to face and telephone communication with suppliers and dealing with any issues that may arise on a daily basis• Extensive use of Microsoft Excel to an advance standing including developing a purchasing tool• Producing graphical performance data• Resolving faults for wholesale customers and liaising with the faults team• Proactively analyzing detailed quality information to prevent customers from raising faults
