Current• Utilize ticketing platform ServiceNow to provide efficient troubleshooting support to users across 27 luxury Maisons and various boutiques in New York City, including renowned brands such as Cartier, Montblanc, and Van Cleef & Arpels, ensuring optimal operational functionality and client satisfaction • Image and profile DELL, HP, and MAC laptops via Microsoft SCCM/Intune to set up the onboarding process for new corporate employees• Troubleshoot diverse array of hardware including Canon and HP printers, Polycom systems in conference rooms, and desktop computers, minimizing downtime in critical business environments
