Supervised 3 non-commissioned officers and one civilian.

Commanded a geographically isolated personnel detachment with three separate locations performing functions to include ID Card processing, evaluations processing, awards processing, Standard Installation Division Personnel Reporting System (the Army’s personnel information management system) management, life insurance maintenance, emergency and casualty assistance. Provided the personnel support to deploy the 3rd Brigade, 1st Infantry Division stationed in Grafenwoehr, Germany. I was responsible for the care and training for over 30 personnel including 5 civilians in three locations. I was also responsible for wartime and installation property worth over 1 million dollars.

Serves as a member on the Corps battle staff. Writes, revises and reviews personnel annexes to V Corps SOPs, regulations, operations plans, operations orders and exercise directives. Serves as the Joint Manning document custodian. Provides personnel guidance and interpretation to the Corps AG staff and supported major subordinate commands. Develops personnel policy guidance for the Corps. Tracks unit movements.
