His areas of expertise include enterprise process and integration, enterprise data management, and CIO advisory services, including strategy, governance, portfolio and program management office (PMO), end-state architecture, processes, and people.Michael is an innovative, engaging, and highly driven leader with a 20-year track record of building public and private sector services firms into robust, multifaceted entities positioned for growth. His efforts have included briefing U.S. government leadership and hosting country officials to ensure that work was completed on time and under budget. Michael has dedicated his career to serving the missions of the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, Department of Homeland Security, and USAID.
