I helmed Google's dedicated Brand and Reputation team, orchestrating its growth to encompass over 50 global team members. My leadership was instrumental in establishing and expanding Google's core brand framework, 'Search On,' infusing our company with a sense of humanity and reinforcing our vital, everyday role in people's lives. This brand philosophy continues to be a driving force behind Google's identity and resonates deeply with users today. Additionally, I led a complex, company-wide initiative to streamline Google's diverse philanthropic efforts, crafting a compelling social impact narrative and culminating in the creation of 'Grow with Google,' a highly successful and ongoing umbrella program. I also initiated the annual 'Year in Search' brand campaign, solidifying Google's cultural presence and inspiring emulation from competitors. Finally, I directed the homepage messaging program and coordinated the Doodle program, Google's most influential marketing tools, achieving unprecedented reach, influence, and brand affinity.
