This role involves overseeing the entire inventory process, from procurement to storage, and requires collaboration with sales, production, and logistics teams.

As a delivery driver I ensured timely and safe transport of rugs to clints' homes as well as provided personalized consultations. I assisted customers with perspective on how each rug would enhance their space, providing insights such as rug content, design, and history. Blending logistics with background knowledge in rugs, I created an exceptional customer experience that contributed to beautiful and inviting interiors.
