• Lead and manage the Delivery and Services function for CPD across all Program areas (Academic, Technical, Online, Leadership) including the establishment of processes, policies, and guidelines to ensure quality in CPD program delivery and support.• Lead the Delivery and Services Team (staff supervision and management), including mentoring and coaching where necessary and support for and promotion of the values and culture of the CPD Strategic Plan with the staff.• Identify technology solutions and tools to enable the delivery and services team• Create consistent practices across all program areas at the CPD and identify areas where cross training and back-up of responsibilities within the team is necessary and establish team processes accordingly to ensure that critical customer service functions are supported during staff absences.• Develop, implement, and review results from evaluations to assess quality and effectiveness of CPD Program Delivery and Services, and use the results for the continuous improvement of program delivery and services• Establish, oversee, and manage relationships with suppliers of products, and services used in the Delivery and Services Functions.• Work with Program Managers and U-wide stakeholders to deliver CPD offerings of training, conferences, and professional development activities• Ensure the proper staffing of the delivery and service function to meet changing demands• Serve as a resource to the CPD staff in identifying and resolving issues that relate to CPD Delivery and Services• Participate in and/or lead project teams for CPD and ATIS Projects where appropriate as determined by the supervisor • Participate in ATIS Strategic Planning activities – both as part of Senior Staff and full staff activities.• Participate in ATIS professional development activities for both organizational and individual professional development.
