- Provide weekly time-limited and long-term trauma-informed evidence-based psychotherapy with particular focus on psychodynamic and mentalization based therapy (MBT). - Serve at-risk youth ages 17-25 with mild to moderate mental health conditions in a residential living facility/trade school. - Co-facilitate and design weekly group therapy sessions, focused on art therapy and DBT skills . - Conduct pre-admission assessment interviews to determine eligibility of prospective students with a history of mental health treatment or diagnoses, by evaluating IEPs and other mental health records and present recommendation to clinic director. - Engage in weekly didactic seminar on MBT - Attended a 3-day MBT seminar presented by developer, Peter Fonagy, Ph.D.

- Facilitate one-to-one therapy session with clients aged 4- Complete detailed charts to summarize client's progress and success in behavioral therapy intervention plans- Implement a variety of scientifically based methodologies following the Behavioral Intervention Plan including Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Social Skills Training, and others.

- Supervised 40 girls aged 9 to 14 years old and 8 mentors that oversaw the participating youth. - Created daily plans that focused on working on self-esteem, self-awareness, self-care, and educational importance. - Planned trips around New Haven that educated the youth about their home city and helped the mentors and campers fundraise for their final event.
