As one of the wine industry's rare female CEO's, I acquired significant board and executive leadership experience on public, private, trade, and startup advisory boards across multiple disciplines including financial services, premium consumer products, and technology. My contributions include strategic insight, board governance, succession planning, luxury marketing, communication, leadership development, international business, and customer focus. I particularly enjoy helping startups achieve their potential, and currently serve on the advisory board of one tech entrepreneur and the board of directors of another. Over my 40+ years in the industry, I have been privileged to help develop two significant Napa Valley wineries with international ownership from inception to profitability. I joined Domaine Chandon (LVMH) in its earliest days and served as its Vice President/Marketing, then devoted 21 years to St. Supery as its founding CEO. I have served on public and private boards since 1994, starting with St. Supery, then 10 years with Silicon Valley Bank (NASDAQ:SIVB), 5 years ending 2017 with Bank of Marin (NASDAQ:BMRC), and currently Gliding Eagle. I would be delighted to serve on a consumer products and/or services board of directors.
