Responsible for the success of the enrollment process for the accounts. Work with the Account Opener to establish enrollment parameters, working conditions. Work directly with the Plan Administrator at the account level to provide enrollment data and support. Analyze enrollment resource needs and coordinate logistical deployment of benefits counselors. • Work with the account to set group meetings and benefit counseling sessions.• Set up the account’s enrollment parameters in the enrollment system.• Analyze the employee profile data provided by the account and load data into the enrollment system.• Set up product parameters for Colonial Life products• Create an enrollment guide for each enrollment.• Develop and deliver Benefits Counselor training for each enrollment.• Prepare post-enrollment reporting and deliver the reports to the account.• Collect, analyze, and report enrollment results and identify trends to drive growth and opportunities for improvement.

Provide client-specific advice, counseling and representation on matters involving their current insurance plans or lack thereof, including public/private benefits.Knowledge in Life, health, Disability, Cancer, Critical Illness, Flexible spending accounts ( dependent and commuter), Health Savings Accounts.Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans.Develops relationship with onsite Managers to ensure successful enrollments Conduct 1 on 1 Benefits counseling and Group meetings
