Responsible for working with the sales team to ensure cross-functional working relationships are identified and developed; analyzing revenue, profitability and business trending for the team and individuals, and development as necessary to best direct the team and meet assigned goals and objectives. Areas encompassed include FX Trading, international funds transfer, Global Treasury Management, FX Risk Solutions, FX Risk Management, and Trade Finance.

Greater Omaha Area

Responsibilities include management of the FX Trading team with emphasis on proactive relationship management to ensure customer retention and organic growth. Areas encompassed include FX Trading, risk management, international funds transfer, global treasury management, and identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within prevailing corporate and FI client base. Collaborate with relationship managers to indentify cross-sell opportunities.

Manage the FX Global Treasury Department covering FX Trading, FX Wires, FX Forwards, FX Options, foreign cash letter, Transborder Banking, International payments, and SWIFT. Mange all payment technologies and distribution channels within Global Banking. Develop, implement, and maintain new products such Bene-Deduct, Auto Convert, and FX Trading portals. Responsible for new business development for the Correspondent Bank Market.
