Partnering with local Make A Wish representatives to plan "wish send off" parties for children and their friends & families. Initial greeting for all guests entering building. Ensuring to Guide the FUN by explaining thoroughly what Dave and Buster's has to offer as far as food, gaming, and event planning options. Answering calls and answering simple guest questions, as well as taking messages, forwarding calls to management/ Special Events, directing caller to correct location, etc. Seating and maintaining rotation and quoted wait times in an extremely constant high volume setting. Helping to achieve sales goals by maximizing game sales and giving guests the best "bang for their buck". Assisting the Special Events department by knowing basic information on renting room, kids birthday party packages, hours of sales office, and taking messages to be sent to the Special Events Department. Ringing in and taking payment for to-go orders.
