Review contract information for obligations and critical areas of concern. Identify deliverables such as drawings and other technical or commercial related documents for scheduled dates and delivery. Flag milestones for invoicing. Ensure customer expectations are met per contract. Compare the scope of the project as defined against what is detailed by the estimate for accuracy and all inclusive per contract. Have the estimate revised in the event of discrepancies. Create the project schedule, distribute to project team and provide updates to customer as necessary.* Engineering / BOM creation /Purchasing / Operations Keep informed of project progression while monitoring the overall project schedule. In the event of a delay, inform the appropriate manager to develop a recovery plan. Communicate any changes to the customer. Review and notify changes from the customer to departments. Work with sales and accounting when a change in scope impacts cost and requires modified billing. Track milestones that trigger invoicing and update Accounting accordingly. Track project is current with payments. Support Sales if financial problems develop by providing history. Monitor the costs of the project and identify deviations form budget and reviewed against original estimates.* Shipping Monitor LC requirements to ensure compliance as to content, completeness, and timeliness while obtaining overall acceptance. * Installation/Commissioning Review trip reports and follow project’s status. Support both Engineering and FS as needed* Post Commissioning/ Job Cost AnalysisFollow up with customer that contractual requirements have been satisfied to collect final payment. Generate summary reports indicating expected margin, actual margin, significant issues that arose, and recommendations for any changes that could reduce future problems. -
