Scaleup4Europe is a scale-up acceleration programme funded by the EU. At Pioneers, we’ve teamed up with four European startup ecosystems to drive deep tech innovations in #HealthTech and three other industry verticals: #AgTech (Serbia), #AgileManufacturing (Slovenia) and #SmartRegion (Germany).As co-project manager, I am responsible for setting up the HealthLab in Vienna where our lab will support scale-ups and startups in scaling across Europe and collaborating with corporates, investors and public organisations. - Responsible for creating and delivering an engaging learning course focused on entrepreneurial thinking, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and social impact to young people from over 15 countries for a summer course at the University of Cambridge- 98% of students who completed the course said they improved their knowledge of social business and felt more motivated to use entrepreneurship to tackle social problems as a result

- Innovation consulting experience across the corporate HR and CSR space, involving the integration of intrapreneurship programmes which embedded entrepreneurial thinking and social impact for employee development and recruitment strategies. Achieved 70% retainment rate of global clients annually and worked alongside the CEO to grow the consulting arm of the business.- Operational management of a global, multi-award winning entrepreneurial training programme run across schools, universities and corporates with a focus on social entrepreneurship. - Event management, including operational management of Global Summits and educational events at the United Nations in Geneva, featuring world-leading entrepreneurs and business leaders in the field of social entrepreneurship.- Management and implementation of social media and marketing strategy.- Assistant to the CEO- Support with stakeholder management across various business units, including support with the WildHearts Foundation Microfinance and entrepreneurial education projects

The Saltire Foundation invests in Scotland's human potential to find, fuel and spark the next generation of Scottish business leaders. I was selected to work on a demanding project of real commercial significance with the exciting global company GlaxoSmithKline during the summer based in North Carolina, USA as an External Supply Intern.
