Preparation and implementation of the alumni events, coordination of the alumni activities across the faculties, administration of the VŠE Alumni Portal, website, and social networks. PR and email communication, creating the PR articles, preparation of statistics, reports, and activity plans. Leading the team and support to the Head of the VŠE Alumni Centre.

Close cooperation with the Sales and Marketing team, participation in the preparation of educational materials, and digital campaigns for the professional and lay public, communication with local as well as foreign marketing and event agencies, participation in the organization of educational seminars, usage of the internal systems, market data analysis, reporting, support for the Marketing team and Brand managers.

Assessment of the financial offers, client scoring verification, control of the assigned contracts, communication with the Sales department, frequent usage of Excel and the internal systems, data analysis, participation in several projects, support to the Senior Pricing Specialists.
