I began my career in product design in 2007 working mostly on B2B products in a range of industries including marketing, sales, healthcare, financial, and IT. In recent years, I've been focused primarily on AI for Marketing with a primary focus on generative AI. Over my career, I've worked as a hands-on designer and people leader in both agency and large enterprise contexts. I’m also a big believer in continuous learning and helping lift others. In 2018 I developed a UX certificate program at Skyline College, and now teach undergraduate and graduate-level design courses in online and in-person formats. Most recently, I began creative writing to explore and practice another side of my creative life!I'm motivated by collaboration with diverse individuals, tackling complex problems with creative problem-solving, helping others develop their craft and careers, and delivering impactful solutions.
