About Michael Kim Keong Tan

Throughout my career in the corporate world, I was mesmerized by witnessing how embracing authenticity has helped people lived fulfilling lives. To inspire, motivate, and empower people to discover their purpose and to reach their full potential – being my raison d'être, so going into organizational and people development business on my own after a long and rewarding career in the corporate world and naming it Authentic Consulting was inexorable.I work with organizations and individuals (executives, managers, and business owners) to facilitate development (organizational, leadership, professional, personal) and empower ownership in sustaining positive change in key work, business, and life as a founder and consultant of Authentic Consulting. As a Consultant, I bring true passion to my work, solution-focused, and highly supportive yet stretching and all-embracing approach, with rich based corporate experience. I have also built ascertainable awareness of and investment in coaching in organizations through my Transformational Coaching Systems. I help people discover within themselves what they should have known all along – truly potent beings with boundless potential. Through thoughtful conversation, I work with people as a strategic partner.I have trained coaches in workplaces in Malaysia and other countries since 2007. These internal coaches are now coaching others hence the impact of this work is ongoing. I have personally coached and mentored individuals during the past ten years.
