Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Law from A to Z. Case load consists of seven cases at various stages of bankruptcy with minimal supervision. Duties include preparing petition using Best Case, preparing 7 day package, determining the need for, and writing first day motions (cash collateral, utility, budget/insider compensation, payroll, financing, employment), attending IDI/341(a) meetings, reviewing/analyzing and revising Monthly Operating Reports, valuation motions, motions to strip or bifurcate liens, objecting to proofs of claim, status reports, responding to objections, disgorging fees, fee applications, writing plans and disclosure statements, negotiating with creditors, preparing for evidentiary hearings, and appearing for various hearings.
