As the founder of blueativity she’s passionate about unlocking the untapped potential of the human brain. From Europe to the United States and back, Michaela has traversed continents, raising awareness of neurodiversity.Diagnosed with ADHD later in life, Michaela understands firsthand the power and beauty of neurodiversity. Determined to dismantle stereotypes and foster understanding, she co-created #FacesOfNeurodiversity, a campaign aimed at humanizing the colorful neurodiverse spectrum.Michaela’s mission is clear: to champion the uniqueness of every brain and inspire a world where creativity and innovation know no bounds.
