Michaela is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and is also an Fellow with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.She started her Business in the UK in December 2008, contracting as a Group Accountant for a large multinational company preparing consolidated management accounts monthly and financial accounts quarterly as well as working on system improvements.In May 2010, Michaela joined with The Financial Management Centre and opened the Hammersmith office, still under Zein Contractors Limited whilst trading as TFMC Hammersmith.Zein Contractors Limited became independent of The Financial Management Centre in December 2013, and the name was changed to Fantail Accountancy Limited.Michaela enjoys being involved in helping small and medium businesses to achieve success by providing them with financial information in terms they can understand and then use to make management decisions to steer their businesses forward.She specialises in looking for system and process improvements to gain work efficiencies and has gained experience in many different industries and on an international stage, working in Ireland, UK, France, Indonesia and New Zealand.Michaela is very proud of her Kiwi heritage and instils a positive, "can-do" attitude in all aspects of her work.Specialties: Online Accountancy Software Implementation, Streamlining Systems and Processes, Bookkeeping, Management Accounting, VAT Returns, Payroll, Credit Control, Accounts Outsourcing, Financial Analysis.
